Default Great LT5 history posts on our Facebook Page

In case some of you haven’t seen on our Facebook page there has been a lot of activity as of late from some of the original team at Lotus and here in the states that started the development work of the LT5. They have shared a number of fascinating stories and images involving early prototypes and development. Now I’m not sure if you have to have Facebook or be a member of the group to see the postings but I thought I would share link to them. If you can see them just scroll down and see all the neat posting.

I think this would make an incredible Special Edition of the Heart of the Beast. I don't know how many "Ramblings are in Wayne Berry, but we need to save them all for posterity, including Alan Nobbs, Brad Reeder, Ian James, etc.. They have posted some great pictures from their archives.
This is, in my opinion, one of the principal functions that the Registry can perform. The magazine is the ideal place. Heck, we could and should start a "historical series" while we are still blessed with the presence of such players.

It would be fun to see the information on the ZR-1 Net Registry website. I do not give my info to social media platforms so I do not do Facebook. If it were on the site or set up somehow on this forum, I would love to see it. -- Bob

This is great news. Thank you.

I have seen and read a few of the Facebook posts. They are extremely interesting. I've been worried I would be missing some. I even considered copying and pasting them into a Word document so I could read them later. :-)

Thanks again for capturing this. It is great to hear from the Lotus guys sharing their memories of LT-5 development.

Great stories and membership on the Facebook page has been accelerating upwards like crazy. We are up to 356 members on the Facebook page alone. Not to mention our record Registry membership which is now over 700. It’s a great time to own a ZR-1 with resources like this!
