Default New England Dragway

Headed to Epping on Friday. Mike from Mass. will be running, I'll be spectating. I can't justify $180 on a helmet for a 1 shot deal, so I get to watch. Anybody else coming? -Steve

Or mine? (probably closer)

I don't recall the NED requirements but mine is rated SA2000, so it's a motorsport as opposed to motorcycle.

Come to think of it I'll have to buy a new one next year or two.

PM me if there's a need, not getting here very often these days.

Cheers,
- Jeff

I got a fat head. XXXL. Borrowing one usually isn't an option. Thanks for the offers.

Run what you brung. 'Bout all you need is a Snell 2005 helmet, up to 12 seconds I believe.

I'm in the same boat - mine is at least XL maybe XXL can't quite recall. I think it was one size short of the 4 gallon bucket.

That leaves mine out as it's 2000. I can't drive in a straight line anyway - tried it once!
Best,
- Jeff

Ran into a friend at the track that had one I could borrow. Only had three runs. Best E/T was 13.24. Had a hard time hookin' up. Plus I'd never done it before.

Steve I still can't believe the difference in traction from my first to my third run. Although our et's weren't stellar, our trap speeds showed that our Z's were hauling the mail. The best trap speed for that C6 was 110 if I remember correctly.
