I had to leave CO (Bailey) for work. Hated to leave my log cabin home among the mtn peaks - and the hunting and photo ops! But! I don't miss the "City (woke) politics" @ all.

Man O Man... Moving sucks!! Been at it for two days, packing up the odds and ends and loading the truck. Had to give away a bunch of stuff to the guys from work who helped us out... just wouldnt fit..... We have a FULLY loaded 26 ' truck, and our pick up is packed full, plus 2 car haulers... one for the 528 and of course one for the Z... Stupid BMW decided to spit a code P0601 and go into limp mode... just what I needed... Day and a 1/2 to go and were on our way.

Just thought Id update and say we (wife, truck, BMW & of course the Z) arrived in one piece. Been here a little over 2 weeks now and still havent had a minute to drive the Z except for a jaunt down the block and back... Getting tags on it this week. One thing I have noticed is that there are a bunch more Corvettes of all generations around here as apposed to Colorado... And man... the weather is frikken awesome..

You're killing me. I'd move to florida in a heartbeat but my wife won't go. She says she hates humidity, bugs and hurricanes. I would be happy with all for the weather. As old Borscht Belt comedian Henny Youngman used to say, "Take my wife.....Please!" --Bob

As a Florida ZR-1 owner for thirty years, I?ve got to say it?s a joy to be able to drive the Z anytime.
But ZR-1?s don?t like the heat. I live close to PBI Speedway, and I?d be in the elevens with my stock motor car, if I lived in Chicago.
The grass is is always greener, but the grass in Colorado is legal)
