It amazes me when I see some of these big dollar engines, and there is a Fram filter on it. For the life of me I don't understand that. Wish he had done the Delco filter.

Makes wonder who makes the AC Delco filters and how they would compare. Or those of FOMOCO and Mopar. That would be an interesting followup to the one the guy just did. --Bob

He never mentioned how well they actually
do the job, filter? Not an easy thing to test....
I bought a dozen Bosch filters last year, guess what I‘ll
be using for the next few years....
They usually only get about 3000 miles on them before the
yearly oil changes. (that‘s a lot of wasted Mobil 1...)

I think the Bosch filters are fine, both as noted in the video and by the fact that Marc Haibeck has used them for a long time. At least that is my recollection; I know he put a Bosch on my '95 when it needed it. --Bob
