High NOX ? Are you guy's using the stock chip ?

The first time I went in I did not have my stock chip in and though that could be the problem so went home and put stock chip in. I Went right back to the smog ststion and this time it was way better on the NOx just not better enough.

OK. Now you may want to pull the EGR valve and make sure it is clean and working correctly. Next , How many mile's are on the car ?
High NOX usually mean's :
1-Chip
2-EGR
3-Cat's going out

Now I have something to look at.
Car has 45,000

No EGR valve on the 92's.

Zoral or Wayne, I just purchased a Black '91 from the Net and as a California resident am concerned about the Smog Check. The car came with only an aftermarket chip. I live near Sacramento and was wondering if I could borrow your stock chip to pass somg when you are done with it?
