I didn't know an LT5 could run on 87!!!

many things to love about the LT5....

read your manuals, table books, watch the video's. The info is there for you.

When Linda and I would run the Polo Z up and down the coast (101) always just ran the cheap stuff. Leave the power key in the off setting and run crap gas. the stock 11:1 motor runs just fine. That car made 392 or 396 rwhp on 92 and would run the freeways on 87 . Just awesome motor.

Depending what changes Marc programmed in your chip he usually warns against running less than 91 octane.
