if not, I'd consider these. but I can't pass inspection without cats...well I can but I'd rather not have to find the a guy to lick and stick my car. |

Re: Did the OBX headers fit or what???
I just sold my lt4 sw headers with bullet cats for 750. I bought them for 900 second hand 4 years ago. The cf member I bought them from said the cats cost about 200 a piece.
If it was me, I'd take advantage of these headers now (sounds like i'm sellin em doesnt it?) and keep an eye out for bullet cats. Lot easier to come up with it in portions 500 headers+ 400cats later then to come up with the whole thing at once. In fact, I bought the lt4 headers in 3 payments of 300, and sold them for 3 payments of 250. It was the only way I'd ever be able to own them. |
Re: Did the OBX headers fit or what???
Jim tells me he has located and ordered a pressure gauge that can be hooked up to a 02 sensor bung.
We at the WAZOO land have an assorment of headers and exhaust systems. We will be hooking this gauge up to various systems, measure pressure present at 02 sensor location and post our result I am sure. Bear in mind, though, the lowest back pressure does not necessarilly mean the most hp. Under the circumstace, I must get an OBX system to comare to others - factory, Corsa and B&B. |

A lot of SW headers are the same way,one side sits lower then the other, who ever has SW headers go look under your car. From what i remember it was the early SW headers. These look like shorty headers. Pete |
