I'm kinda' surprised here that they haven't sunk some I-Beams in front of the perimeter fissures - especially on the right, and put some retainment plating of some sort, in front of the loose dirt walls...

I think they need to just add a spiral stair way and make it a new lower level, then they can fit more cars :)

They could fashion it into a large kitchen sink and put all the highly modified cars in it. They could call it "Everything but the Kitchen Sink".
