Stinger short bolt must be shimmed by using brass colored plate, flat washer, lock washer ...or cut thread length and run threads before installing to terminal threads. I prefered the addition contact area by using the plate.
Install is '96 CE, no battery disconnect retains the key fob proximity door unlock&lock feature.Attachment 7200
