Fubarred on Fikse wheels/ WTB Fikse ZR-1 fronts

I thought I had an easy fix by applying a spacer to make the early c-4 front FM-5 Fikses work on my 91 Z. WRONG !!!!!!! After spending a wad for a custom spacer, guess what ? It looks like s--- ! Sticks way out beyond the fender line and is probably dangerous and looks like crap. So much for eyeballing. There are two cures as I see it. Try to find two correct ZR-1 offset FM-5 fronts to buy or trade for or find someone who can duplicate the barrels on what I have to the correct offset (very expensive). Boy this is really easy. Anybody got two Fikse 89-96 C-4 or ZR-1 spec FM-5 fronts for sale or ???

the fronts only need to be 89-96 specific, not ZR-1 only.. that might help on your search

they too far in without spacers or??

It Sticks before the spacer or after the spacer. Im assuming before? If after why cant the spacer be milled down? Got a pic? GC

Just a poor fit really. Too much rim outside the fender line. Far deeper dish than stock.

That too, but even with stock calipers, there would be a problem with fit. My fault entirely, but with Fikse out of business, I can't change the barrels. So I just hope I can find two 89-96 fronts.

Check with 1990 415, he might have a set of spares.

Problem you are finding is that three piece wheels can be configured differently. You have the depth of two different barrel pieces and the hub of the centerpiece.

Yep, that's about it. I fired a PM to 1990 415 and am keeping my fingers crossed.
