Arrive early, by 1700 if possible...

Sunday July 28, 0900-1500, $15. Marina Park,
Rt1, S. Kingston RI Always a good time and a great turnout
at this popular show! Trophies, 50/50, goody bags, raffle table etc.
free hot dog and soda with each entry

I started this so I'll try and finish it

Now that all the competing events are about over

Looks Like Sept 19th is the best date for my brother (Tom) and I to host ZR-1(s) at Patriot Place Note - This is a Thursday!!!!

Meet at Toms House in Medway Mass about 11AM have lunch and BS- (steve volunteered Marinated Beef and Chicken) but we Will fill in if he can't make it.

Leave for Patriot Place about 3PM take about 30 min to get there. Park as a group (I'll see if I can talk to the Mass Cruiser folks to get a line for us but at 3 ish should not be an issue.

Cars start rolling in around 3:30 and keep coming till about 6 ish. Folks start going home around 7PM

Just let me know who is coming to get an idea for the amount of fixings and such - we hold this get together irrespective of how many show up - unless its raining then the Cruise gets canceled.

would be nice to get about 10 folks to show up

that's a count of 4 (including mine)

for those who haven't been it's about 2500 vehicles and really worth at least one trip. Its kinda amazing that in the span of about 4 hour that many vehicles come in from MA RI CT NH and even NY (I haven't seen a VT or ME plate yet but they may be there), In fact you really can't see them all

I know Thursday is tough -- Tom and I are going to take a vacation day

Couple of weeks to go and want to firm up the attendance

A Jim Grabel (jim G) from Eastern Mass Corvette Club will join us at Tom's House - has a '92 that just completed NCRS scoring in Marlboro a few weeks back I think it went top flight and Performance Verification

So it looks like 6 Z's and a IROC coming to toms

Steve are you still planning on Bringing the Marinated Vittles ??

14 Slocumb Place Medway Mass between 1030 - 11 AM

Head to Patriot Place about 3-330

495 is the best route to Toms - Not sure what the exit number is but its Route 109. Get off there and head east towards Medway you'll go thru a couple of lights ( a restaurant called "45" will be on your right for a guidepost) stay straight you'll come to a blinking yellow light with a white church directly in front of you. At the Blinking light go left then immediately make a right into the church parking lot and go behind the church it will take you to Slocumb place. Turn left and go about 500 hundred feet . Its a dead end cul de sac my Black 95 will be there. If u go right at the blinking yellow light - make a left at the traffic light then a quick left on Slocumb. Going behind church gets u off the main street as going left on Slocumb acorss traffic is tough due to traffic in that area.

Hey Guys, thanks very much for the invite!! Don't count on me for food, i'm not sure if i'll be able to make it there on time depending on work, but i'll definitely be at the cruise. Looking forward to meeting you guys and seeing your cars!

Dave Might also attend but it's a REALLY long drive from Maryland

Sent a Note to Mass Cruisers (guys who run Bass Pro Cruise) letting them know at least 6 (now 7 if BigJohn can make it - would like to get at least 10 ). Hopefully the weather will contribute

Just as a point of reference this past cruise (5 Sept) they had 2000 cars and 600 bikes.

Menu (as of Right now) - Marinated Beef and Chicken (Thx again Steve), Fresh picked Corn, Grilled Aspargus, Home Made Mac and Chesse, Ribs, Salad, Desert (Something Healthy :)) Soft Drinks / Water

Looking forward to meeting all of u at Slocumb Place
