Silicone Coolant Hose Set, Black, no brand

I have had several requests from customers for coolant hoses and finally have them in stock. I've checked the fit and the quality is excellent. I can only afford to stock one color, black. NOT BRANDED.

In conjunction with the hoses, we also now stock nice, rolled edge SS hose clamps with formed (not cut) screw threads so the hose will not be damaged. Here's a photo of both.

Nice Jerry, hopefully you will see and order form me after the holidays.
Are the original clamps NLA? Do they ever need to be replaced?

Jerry, those are some good lookin' parts. For the Pic it looks like the hoses have some good nylon webbing in them - not like the cheap stuff with only one or two bands. I especially like the clamps. You're the man.

Hi Jerry,

Curious if you are having or looking to have the breather box hoses done out of the same material??

Answer : no
Because: silicone is not the right material for that application.
However: :-D Good news is we are "in progress" having those hoses made from the correct material which is nitrile. Hoping for delivery in January.

I'm not sure if the exact clamp is are available or not. The same style has been around a long time and is probably available in some similar form. I keep the originals for the NCRS guys, preferring the worm gear clamps shown for my personal use.

Long answer: About replacement... spring steel doesn't fatigue from time, it fatigues from the number of cycles from static to stress within the elastic range. You would never wear one out in this manner. More than likely, over stressing from expanding it to far, would be the principal cause of failure.

Short answer: "ever" is a long time, but not likely they would need to be replaced for failure. I replace them, but only because I prefer the style shown.
