If you look at the photos, near the end it shows the Lotus assembly manual for the LT-5. Wow, I wonder how many copies of that document are still left? Not many I bet.

Remember people go to Auctions to get items as cheap as possible; not pay the full value!

I'm sure this was bittersweet for Brett. Not sure he would want congratulated on that price based on what he had into it.

That being said, it's just where the market is at on already undervalued cars. I had selfishly hoped he'd hold out a few more years until I was in a position to own it...

Hopefully the new buyer makes his or her way over here eventually.
