Lee,the wiring is easy, the wire you need is already in the harness and stops at the rear bulkhead. I got some OEM connectors, installed a terminal in the open cavity in the plug, made the wiring harness for the lights, done. Here's the sketchy part, when your 3rd brake light circuit goes out at the switch, you have no brake lights. I did mine years ago, can't remember every detail but if you need a hand get in touch.

I tapped into the CHMSL circuit for the rear brake signal.

Those look very nice. Printed? I've got a set of those on my 99' FRC my father installed years ago.

The bulb sockets for these are specific to the housing and the part number is AC DELCO LS39 and LS96. The wiring at the brake switch has to be modified but I can't remember how,I'm sure somebody will have the info here.

The brake light signal can be had by tapping into the CHMSL circuit. Much easier than doing it at the brake switch.

If I remember correct you can tap into the 3rd brake light wire to work the brake bulbs, you will also need to cut the white wire coming out of the turn signal connector at the bottom of the steering column to keep from having electrical feed back. I did this euro light conversion 20+ years ago, still have the ZR1.

It's starting to come back to me,I removed, didn't cut the white wire at the switch, wrapped it to isolate it. I believe the light blue wire in the wiring harness is the 3rd brake light for base cars with the light in the bumper, this wire runs all the way to the back of the car an stops at the main connector at the bulkhead. On the opposite side of the harness connector is the empty cavity where you would install a terminal connected to the EURO setup. In my install not a single wire was cut, spliced.

I ran a new wire from the dash to the back for the brake lights. There is a reason for 2 brake light switches. I cut the wire under the dash to by pass the turn signal flashing. but then ran the new wire from to the back of the car..

Since my taillight harness had been messed with prior to me owning I just rebuilt it with the euro sockets and soldered everything

I popped the white wire out of the harness connector. Then ran a wire from the targa hoop down to the back and used scotchlock for connection to harness I built.

Assuming its going to sit in like the standard lights? The euro housing sits more more flush to the rest or the bumper to have room for the second bulb socket i wonder if you will have space issues on the back side.
