ATTN: Jagdpanzer RE: Exhaust
I found this info from you in another post while doing a search:

It is a nice clean setup. Are the Stainless work headers the first style before they retooled them a year or so ago? |
Re: ATTN: Jagdpanzer RE: Exhaust
Jeff,
Thanks for the complement. The flex sections provide just enough give on alignment to make mounting and dismounting of the entire exhaust system a snap compared to a rigid system. I'm not sure which style the SW headers are. They fit with no issues and the workmanship was superb. However, wished I'd ordered an extra set of o2 bungs welded in before they were coated. Phil |
Re: ATTN: Jagdpanzer RE: Exhaust
Thanks Phil.. looking to do something similar when I add cats to my current system.. I have Watson's which are the same as the early Stainlessworks ones
I need to get under the car to see what I am needing |
Re: ATTN: Jagdpanzer RE: Exhaust
I'm running SW's, no cats and Corsa exaust and I can tell you the SW's and the Corsa system don't like each other. In your opinion what can be done to make the sound more likable. The Corsa before the headers sounded great and now other than full throttle it sounds like s***. Would an X pipe improve things?

That's a great looking exhaust system  Did you install it yourself? Rich |
Re: ATTN: Jagdpanzer RE: Exhaust
Wide open throttle is ok. When I am cruising along and give it a little gas it sounds like put, put put. Maybe it is just inside that it sounds like crap.

Re: ATTN: Jagdpanzer RE: Exhaust
Those magnaflow cats are 3"OD on both ends right?

They slip-fit on the SW header collectors and the 3" to 2 1/2" SS transition reducers which are both 3" OD |
