Looking forward to my commute tomorrow

Well, I got everything back together and fired her up. No leaks, and no clatter and rattle.

I am looking forward to my commute tomorrow and to see how much seat of the pants difference there is when you replace 5 bad injectors.

Heres a before and after of the original GM and FIC look-alike (not sure this car will ever see NCRS - but you never know)

Nice job  Yours didn't look too bad in the "before" shot. It's usually more of a mess because of oil seepage.
Hope your butt dyno feels the difference.

Mmmm! I see you have virgin injector housings and plenum. Let me know when you want to step up to more power.

Jerry, thanks for prompt shipment of the gaskets - turn out what was there held up fine - but I am sure I will have a future need for them.

rhipsher - PM me if you have a proposition. Its always easier doing a job the second time - I was thinking I might pick up some paint from Lingenfelter in the fall. Course if I'm going to re-paint, I pretty much gotta look at porting don't I?

Traffic didn't allow me to push things, but so far I can say the smoothness of the idle is night and day.
