what is the recomended torque of 1990 LT5 head bolts

according to my 1990 service manual the head bolts must be tightened in 3 stages, 1st to 45 lbs , then to 74 lbs and finaly to 118 lbs. there us also a specific sequence to be followed, the bolts on the intake side of each head are numbered 9-3-1-5-7 from front to rear, and on the exhuast side they are numbered 8-6-2-4-10, from front to rear.
