Throw out bearing noise?
 

After trips of 200 miles of more I get a bearing like noise in my 91 as I begin to engage the clutch. The car has 25,000 miles on it and it goes away as soon as the clutch is engaged and is worse in 1st and reverse. After the trip and driving around town for a while the noise goes away. Any ideas? Also, who in the Kansas City area would anyone recommend I take the car to when it needs repair of tuning?

Also anyone know where to find a right rear low tire pressure sensor?
