LT5 Programme Status Report 1988
I'm considering donating the original version of this Project Status Report to the NCM. It chronicles all of the development of the LT5 from serial #001 to around #062 LT5 engines. This meeting between GM and Lotus, Jan 09, 1988 was a pivotal point for the program. The booklet is almost two inches thick and discusses dyno results per engine, failures, Engineering assignments, development, etc. It also shows specific Prototype vehicles and what LT5 engines were installed in them. It's pure history for us and should be viewed by everyone.

the other option is to make it available to anyone who wants a copy in the registry. once you donate it to the ncm we'll never see it again

great idea, Brett. I would love to be able to pore over all the history in there.

Make the museum a deal. You donate the original and they give us our dyno sheets......

That would be a great trade or us. |
Re: LT5 Programme Status Report 1988
We should really get them for free since they are really ours but I'd be willing to kick in a little to get my copy of my dyno sheet. You are making a gracious offer and I'll be taking you up on it one way or another.....
