Who is Zuzanna Miernik at 11204 Ca****** Pl Tampa,Fl 33626-2676 phone number 813-854-****?This is the person that sold me the bogus NOS wheel sensor. Just so you know my credit card company has done a complete charge back to my card,you want this POS back you send out a call tag and pick it up at my house.Its one thing to have to deal with some Fleabay Scumbag but to have this possibly be somebody were supposed to-TRUST- to do right by the Brothers.I dont mind spending money for something but when some Scumbag tries to pull a fast one.The wheel sensor is clearly used,Ill get some pictures in a few hours.

I understand your frustration. Either dispute your transation or call / email Kurt to remedy.

Another thought is the sensor NOS and the wheel band is used? Thats another possibility?

David,my credit card company has already reimbursed my account for this part,other than filing a complaint I have no reason to file a dispute with Ebay.I got my money back so Im done on my end.Just for the record,I never stated this part came from Kurt White,I basically asked if he knew who the seller was.I got an email from a member here showing White Racing Products address,phone number under the name Zuzanna Miernick.

Heres the response I got from this character.If the band was in fact used why wasnt it disclosed in the Ebay description?Does Kurt White rent out part of his address to someone else?Put this Zuzanna character in the white pages and it has Kurt Whites address and phone number.The sensor I received is not the sensor in the Ebay picture.........................."you have been refunded by paypal, although you state this is a USED Part, which i dispute as the SENSOR is 100% brand spanking new, the strap was out of a job lot i received and this may/may not be used, but rest asured it was a perfect strap. I stand by the fact 100% that the sensor no if and or buts, was 100% brand new. Case closed, however i will have you return the sensor and will provide a shipping label for you to send back."...................

Give him my number and have him call me.Why do you have such a hardon to defend this guy?Hes a total getover yet you make it sound like he can do no wrong,whats the story with that David?Ive got alot of respect for you David but defending Kurt White?Thanks to all with the info provided and the offer for the sensor FU2.Its great to know that the majority do the right thing.This is the third time Ive bought an NOS part that turned out to be used.

Threatening ANYONE on our forums is unacceptable and drama we do not need. (I'm not defeinding Kurt, I'm defending our forum. PERIOD)

Yes it is good to hear good and bad things about vendors

It is UNACCEPTABLE to threaten anyone or use curse words like you are doing.
