Factory Camshaft timing procedure
 

Can anyone outline for me the method that the factory used to time the camshafts on these motors? I used the method outlined in the Haibeck article and wanted to know the difference.

They used pins and had a fixture that actually locked in two holes on the venier and then were able to tighten the cam bolt to the required torque.
