Keen Parts Is Excellent
 

I have been buying my parts from a large Corvette Parts Supplier (not MAM) for nearly 30 yrs. I purchase around $15k-$20k or more in parts per year. A few months ago I had a young girl pretty much hang up on me after I got frustrated with her lack of help.
I spoke face to face with the owner of the vendor in Kissimmee last moth and explained what happened. I was told that they would look into it.
Still haven't heard from them yet............
All my business now goes to Tom Keen, Keen Parts. Tom is hungry for your buisness and provides TOP NOTCH customer service. He now has 100% of my business for what he can supply. He went over and beyond for me during a mis-hap with a customer car at the Mecum Auction last month. Can't ask for anything more than that!

I had been using Tom as a part time supplier for a couple of years. I had a good bit of loyalty to my other supplier (name not disclosed).

Tom came through for me BIG TIME in Kissimmee and won my loyalty, hands down.

I agree with you on Keen. Although I know that the volume of parts that I buy is not up to your level, my dealings with Keen have always been top notch.

That right there builds a business,treat customers like dirt you got nothin.Next time I need something Ill check Keen even though they might not have it Ill give it a shot.
