Re: New Baby

Torn between keeping it in the wrapper or driving it. It was stored correctly so it looks like it was delivered yeterday. I have all the history including the original sale order. The lady who ordered it placed the original order on September 1989. She took delivery in September 1990.
Her name and her husbands name are on a little sticker in the front of the RF inner Fender. It was born on June 25, 1990. Way Cool. HAs both options available at the time. Panoramic roof and climate control. I am trying to find out how many came in black and red. I think it is 100 or so. Any info would help

Re: New Baby

Hope you can hook up with the rest of us in the
Northeast! We get together several times during the year.
You just missed a good one at Gillette Stadium/Patriot Place.
7 members of the brotherhood showed up for a barbeque and the trip to the cruze in!
We're expecting several to be among the 300+ Vettes at "Vettes in the Village" in Mystic CT next Sunday, October 6th. Hope you can make it! Look me up.

I recommend you drive it and not stash it. You'll lose out on a lot
of "permagrins" if you stash it. Unfortunately, none of us is gonna live long enough
to retire off the ZR-1. Someday the world will come to their senses....

Congrats and welcome!!! You're in the right place.

Your plans all depend on what you want to do with the car. Drive it, preserve it, performance mods? Many people here perform performance mods while keeping the original parts for the future.

Most of all, just enjoy the permagrin!!!

That has to be a pretty late production 1990 ... what is its number?

Re: New Baby

Congratulations and hopefully you'll drive it some or what's the point in owning one. If you drive it sparingly you can still keep the mileage low and enjoy the car, they were meant to be driven.
