Need: Power Key & center console
 

Evan needs a power key for his '92 Z we are back to working on now. Anyone got one for a good price?

We also could use another center console (for a decent price), we looked on ebay but there aren't any that look to be in really good condition. The original is still useable, but is a bit melted on the bottom of the cup holder area and the dulso is a little wrinkled in a couple of small spots.

Not sure if it would fit but I have one from a 95 that I can sell, no idea how much they are worth.

'95 key would be "a go"! Your key should have an "H" stamped in one side of the blade. If the "H" is there all is well!

A '95 console wouldn't work, it's a different shape as they did a minor redesign of the interior in '94.

'90 & '91 consoles are the same shape, but are painted gray instead of the black dulso.

So we need one (mint or close to it) from a '92 or '93.


Unless you are talking about the power key, in which case, that would work.

I just sent you a PM, I have a new repro console and I also have a power key (it's a "D" version though which I was told was for a '90). Thanks!

If it turns out to be an "H" key, let me know how much you want for it. Anyone here have an idea of a fair price?

A '90 power key won't work. '91-'95 keys are all compatible with each other I believe, but the '90 keys will only work with '90 ZR-1's.

Also on the console, Evan did buy a repro console from Corvette America but we found that the color and the texture on it didn't match well (was too dark of a black), so we are only looking for a mint or near mint GM original console. If we can't locate one, we are just going to use the one we have as it is still useable, just not perfect condition.

Confirmed the power key is stamped with an "H", I was an extra one from my 95. Sent you a PM.

90 one year only as well as 91.
