there was one for sale at carlise for $450. I didn't get the guys card. They do come up from time to time

I'd love to have one, too, if another becomes available. But I agree that $450 is crazy, Kevin. I'd pay $300 to $350 MAX for a PERFECT one...if that doesn't work, then you can advertise it on eBay to the tens of thousands of NCRS-quality 1990 ZR-1 owners who don't already have one. They're sure cool to have, but they ain't worth a dang kidney!

I just bought a 1990 Pizza Box with all content (less the key chain), but don't know what I paid for it specifically, as I also needed a 1990 owner's manual and he threw in another thing. I paid $450 for it all, as the 1990 ZR-1 #0827 that I bought with 17,335 mi on it only had the original window sticker and Red ZR-1 Sales Brochure and I wanted to complete it. If he has another it might be in your price range.
