ALDL Bluetooth adapter
http://www.reddevilriver.com/ALDL_Bluetooth.html
Has anyone seen this? Anyone used it before with ALDL Droid? I'm looking for a solution that is a little easier to use than carrying around my MT2500. I would like a recording ability if possible, but I'm unsure if ALDLDroid will supply that. |
Re: ALDL Bluetooth adapter
I use ALDL Droid ( I gave the Developer the LT5 file for use in it)
Anyway, while I don't use that specific adapter I use this one: http://www.1320electronics.com/products.html Both should work with ALDL Droid and Yes, ALDL Droid will record data |
Re: ALDL Bluetooth adapter
Slick a ALDL BT Dongle.... and it works with Tuner Pro as well. I had not seen this yet but I am happy they still support the older cars. Would be good for on the go trip wise.

Re: ALDL Bluetooth adapter
Is the ads file the same as the adx on Tunerpro? Cause I don't see the adx for a 90 that it says is needed for the app to work.

Re: ALDL Bluetooth adapter
The developer for the ALDLdroid is a very supportive of his product and is quick to respond to any issues you may have either with the app or the files. Well worth the money.

We tried Jeff's .adx on my 92 and it appeared to work fine.

Re: ALDL Bluetooth adapter
I finally got my ALDL bluetooth adapter to work and connect to my phone/tablet. It seemed to be working great in the garage, but then I pulled out onto the street and I had "Checksum Mismatch" errors. It wasn't keeping up at all with the readings. Any thoughts on what I can do?
I'm trying to do some testing to see if my ECU is bad. |
