Where to find alternator parts.
 

I'm rebuilding an extra alternator I have for my Z and I need the brushes and one of the small metal connectors and the 4 bolts that holds the body together but can't seem to find this in AC Delco. Anybody got and leads on parts?

I bought a service kit for both the starter and the alternator from http://aspwholesale.com/site.

Haven't done the alternator yet, but for the starter motor/solenoid the kit was quite decent.

Thanks guys. The part I'm looking for in part# 10497789. Mine has got a crimped tab on it and don't see any way to get it off with destroying it. I'll check some of the places you've posted here. Thanks again.
