Barrett-Jackson 1990 ZR-1

Well I was watching the show and thought I would take a look at cars that sold on the website and ran across this one. 1990, 800 miles,$52,250. Nice.

Here's the auction. They suck at selling cars if you ask me. There is so much more to this car and they don't even touch on it. One of the few cars that has soul. I sure like mine.

The winning bidder also has to pay a 10 percent buyer’s premium, I think that where they get the 52,500 price.

doesn't Rogers have a 90 with 63 miles on it for $46,000.00? why wouldn't you just pick up that one & call it done? no buyers fee's. both in Florida so transportation costs would be the same. :???:

You are right on that. I also see the '91 sold for $30,000. Plus the buyer fee would show as $33,000.
These cars were both on Ebay for almost a year.

Yes roger's still has the 90' w 63 miles on it. That car will top flight for sure. I saw it recently. It still has the plastic on the seats. Roger's has a great collection.

I agree! Speed Channel guys do not do the car justice when they describe it. They could mention the fact that these engines are extremely durable and broke 50 year old endurance records to-boot!!

Personally, I would rather buy a driven car with excellent maintenance records. I would suspect that these low milage cars are just going to sit in someone's garage as a conversation piece. In addition, if they are going to be driven, they will probably need a bunch of maintenance to get them up to par with our "Drivers".
