We use Moldex to make crankshafts and Oliver for rods. You didn't ask but JE Pistons for, yep, you guessed it, pistons.

You can get a 4” stroke billet crankshaft from either Muldex or Bryant.

You use small block Chevy rods available from Oliver, Crower, Manley and others.

For my 427 I used a 4” stroke Bryant crank, 6” SBC Crower Maxilite 6” rods, and 4.125” pistons from Diamond.
