ZR-1 Trailer
2000 TrailerWorld Aluminum 16ft Tapered Front "ZR-1" Hauler
--Removeable fenders --Recessed spare tire in floor --AirDam --Aluminum Wheels --Built-in Ramps --Tie-down straps (3 hook selection fronts, axle straps rear) I recently bought an enclosed trailer. This trailer is awesome and weighs in around 800lbs (if my calculations are/were correct from my last move). Only reason for selling is that I am moving and storage space is an issue. $4,950 http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s...s/DCP_0955.jpg |
Re: ZR-1 Trailer
Demps, has your car been lowered? if so, any problems loading.

Re: ZR-1 Trailer
Dennis,
The car is "slammed". It has coilovers and sits very low (about 1 3/4" lower than my stock cars). I use a 2ft piece of 2x10 board and have no issues. The car has been on the trailer enough it almost drives itself on. One lesson learned though-->my car sits so low I have to push down the tie down hooks. Ted |
Re: ZR-1 Trailer
Which enclosed trailer did you get?

Re: ZR-1 Trailer
I bought an Interstate. Not too bad for the money, built in Boise (close to me), nationwide warantee. I did some things right and some wrong. It is no where as easy, convenient and light as the enclosed trailer.

Neat looking yellow splash guards on the Z.
Are they your own design? |
Re: ZR-1 Trailer
I moved to Florida with both trailers. Anyone need an open trailer? Ted
