Plenum Pics
Posted on the other site thought I would show off some more. Accidently posted under for sale, so I thought I would go ahead and list the plug wires. I know I priced them high, but I am reasonable, I am not sure what market will bring on those. http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q...f/DSC02431.jpg http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q...f/DSC02432.jpg http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q...f/DSC02434.jpg New OEMS listed under the for sale section: http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q...f/DSC02437.jpg http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q...f/DSC02436.jpg http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q...f/DSC02435.jpg LGAFF 92 ZR1 #234 |

Re: Plenum Pics
The key to good plenum painting, and this is a tip I got from Jeffvette, is finding your inner Bob Ross. I struggled at first, and didn't get it, then Jeffvette pointed out that we all have curly hair like Bob, but just not on our head. Then it all just clicked.
http://www.bobross.com/art/splash/splashLandscape.jpg Seriously, I used Wurth paint, and used a brush to paint the letters. The letters are easy, as long as you don't gob paint on them you can come back and touch them up. I used a very small fine brush to touch up, and then smudged the sliver paint with my finger to conver up the brush mark, it looks pretty damn good. My wife even didn't believe I did it. I'm pretty sure the paintjob picked up 20-30hp for me. LGAFF 92 ZR1 #234 :iamwithst |
