For you Northern IL. and Wisconsin guys, this looks like fun next Saturday.

This is an excerpt of the post over on CF, in the "Great Lakes" Events & Regional section.

"IL Corvette Forum cruise in at Starved Rock State Park. Everyone is welcome to come. This will be a family event so NO alcohol, drugs, rude, or reckless behavior please. When entering the park tell them you are with Group Corvette Forum. This should be a wonderful opportunity for everyone to meet in person. I hope to see you all there!!!

Date - Saturday May 31st weather permiting
Date - Saturday June 7th as our rain date
Time - 12pm - 5pm???
Location - Starved Rock State Park

Weather permitting and the creek don't rise (and I get my PS pump(?))replaced...Count me in!

Looking like the 7th might be better (awaiting parts for my PS). I don't know what all might be involved in getting the pump replaced - too close to call now, but I'll stay tuned, and if I can make it, I will.

Sounds like fun. I've never been to SR and have heard its a pretty drive.
I'd like to make the 31st. We're out of town on the 7th.

Looks like the weather will be good. So who's going and where should we meet and when.

Since we have to head west I'm thinking the Cabelas parling lot off the I90 in Hoffman Estates, maybe 8:30 or 9am.

Well... looks like none of the Z's want to come out and play tomorrow.:dontknow:

So I'm going to pass as well. I am going to the show in Antioch on Sunday morning. Don and I will both be there, maybe we'll see some of the rest of you there.
