Not sure if I'm getting all you're saying however:
Stock LT5 can handle around 5 psi. HP and TQ gain is outstanding for this small amount of boost especially the area you gain under the curve.

Base system without IC or installation was $10k for the LT5. I'm trying to make it more affordable by selling the pipe kit only and then letting the installer purchase the remaining parts.
