I am not sure who made the decision to start up that ZR1 right after it came out of the hole. But it looks like it may have cost them an engine. They fired it up, drove away and left about 8 quarts...

94-95 NCRS manual also states:
"All 1994 and 1995 ZR1 Corvettes have radiator hose clamps of a spring ring type and are gray or gray-black in color."
No mention of letter or date codes.

Its a covered loss. However, the cost of reinforcing the spire, and other necessary update costs are not covered. I am sure the NCM would appreciate donations to replace those funds.

I hear ya, but honestly as age has finally caught me (I couldnt outrun it anymore), the C4 is def the most difficult to get in and out of. The door sill and pointy lower dash pad get me evrytime.
