I looked back at your prior post, you indicated that you also put in a...

My stereo had previously been...

This is how my day started, I was very excited to have...

Re: 90 - Running out of breath at 5000 - No Codes

Today it lives. Took 5 months of very part time tinkering and it finally does everything that was expected of it.

So the problem appears to have been 2 fold. The fuel pumps, even though I could...

Re: Secondary Vacuum Pressure = 0 kPa/0.56V

Thanks Marc, was finally able to get things running well today. I must have a flimsy connection with the ECU and the third wire harness. Anyway, I was able to run your test and now have the pressure...

Re: Secondary Vacuum Pressure = 0 kPa/0.56V

Thanks for clarification. The sensor vacuum does not change any throttle position with full power on. I had a call with GK a short while back. He was of the opinion that the FP switch even though the...

Re: Reassembled Plenum to Motor - No Start - 0 RPM Cranking

Re: Reassembled Plenum to Motor - No Start - 0 RPM Cranking

Thanks to everyone for the help.

Today I took plenum off again. One pin looked a little fishy, I corrected as best I could. Reassembled... No Start.

I began to scour the net for information,...

Reassembled Plenum to Motor - No Start - 0 RPM Cranking

Hi

I think I've diagnosed a future ECM rebuild in my future, however I decided I wanted to put the plenum back on, make sure the car is running as it was before then send the ECM away.

Well...

Re: 90 - Running out of breath at 5000 - No Codes

The code 61 is an intermittent code 61. My apologies for not stating that correctly. I did receive a solid 61 when I tried to be smart and trick the computer but adding vacuum to the sensor and...

Re: 90 - Running out of breath at 5000 - No Codes

Surprise surprise - I was wrong :). So it immediately set a HARD Code 61, the ECM clearly is smart enough to know I was messing with it.

Anyway, I reset the code, hooked up the...
