You could do that if the car being tuned had an Ostrich on it so a new bin could be emailed and downloaded easily. Sending proms via mail is just too time consuming. And also, you want to make sure the datalog covers as much of the
MAP v RPM cells as possible. Finally, I might notice some things about a tune a novice would not while driving. That isn't available remotely.


Even if the motor is stock, each motor will have its own characteristics. As an example a stock motor w different gears or aluminum flywheel has a different optimal tune. When you tune your own, close isn't good enough.
