Well...it doesn't really matter because you can check the ACTUAL temp by pressing the FAN SPEED UP and DOWN buttons at the same time and hold them for ~5 seconds and then use the UP arrow to scroll to 16 on the display...then press the FAN button (the one between the UP and DOWN arrows)...this is the coolant temp in °C. Since you understand °C, there is no need to convert to °F.
So...get your car warm and when it is in the center position do the above procedure...then you will know. :-)
