Ah well, be careful about comparing the 3G ZR1 to cars with all-wheel-drive.

You said "excluding" drag radials, which is like tying one hand behind your back and going into the ring to box, ie: there is little which will be significant that you can do to get the car to hook better, but here are some suggestions

1) Make sure what tires you have are new and are down around 24 psi
2) Make sure your starting line driving technique is optimized for street tires
3) disable the front stablizer bar by disconnecting one link.
4) disable SRC and manually set the front shocks all the way soft and the rear shocks all the way hard
5) Optimize rear camber for drag race starts
6) Put some skinnys on the front

Do all that and you may see a measurable improvement in your 60-foot.
