LPE converted a couple of the TT ZR-1s and a ZR-1 with an auto will work very well. the mounting for the c beam has some challenges and the conversion isn't cheap due to the dedicated tranny controller and high cost of the trans

what are you doing for the flex plate?

quite a few ZR-1s have been modded with auto trans and made to work quite well.

I'm all for it. my knees are shot and driving the stick is getting more painful all the time.
