Yeah, I'm not sure about the cam profile difference. Based on 15% loss I'm at 496 chp and I'm pretty sure I'm making more than that. An engine dyno is the only one way to know definitively what the chp is. Otherwise, it's just a guessing game. It doesn't really matter, anyway. The only thing that matters is what it makes at the ground.
My short term goal, like Paul, is 440 whp. Long term, I'd love to see 450 whp. I'm just not sure we can get much more out of a 5.7L. That's monster power out of 350 cubes. I guess we could swap out the pistons, raise the compression to 11.5 or 12.0 to 1 and run high octane fuel. I wonder what that would net? Someone much smarter than I probably already knows.
