I did not want to INSIST on that M16/M18 issue as I sometimes am wrong even though I am positive I am right.

By the way...that is why I post technical stuff so often.....as a sanity check and confirmation. I figure if no one says anything I must be correct

Appreciate that Black ZR-1 flange....excellent work

I use a Small Angle Grinder for cutting the SS Braided Hose which does not fray the SS braids on the hose ends. I also use an appropriate size Box Wrench on the Hose Fittings (box end) to minimize leaving marks on the fittings.

Note:
Unless you are making up several SS hoses it is much cheaper to just let someone else do it like secondchance (there are some tricks)
Dynomite,

You are correct - fittings I need are M18x1.5-10AN and not M16. I am exchanging messages with the seller (in Hong Kong) so that I can bring the correct ones and not get stuck w/ $150 dollars woth fittings I have no use for.
I use a scissor cutter meant for braided line - sotrta looks like a bolt cutter. I tried using a hack saw at first and learned a hard way.
