Has anyone modified the GM Heater Hose connections on the thermostat housing?

I get a temporary leak on those hose connections once in a while and just wiggle them a bit (push up and down on the hose) and leaks disappear. Does anyone have a drawing of the design of those heater hose connections?

They seem to slip a bit if you pull or push on them (a slip fit with some kind of seal of sorts).
