Was going to make a separate posting about the day-of fee increase, but got sidetracked...my apologies...
Apparently they've gotten burned by people saying they would come and then backing out, and then they have to come up with the rest of the track rental fee out of club funds. So, they raised the gate fee to encourage pre-payments...and to ensure that they have enough people ahead of time to pay for the track rental.
I would like to be there but I just had to cut a BIG check for an aftermarket ECM/wiring harness/MAP/tuning/etc...for the '89 track vette. In other words, I is po.
I know lots of WAZOO folks will be there flying the Corvette colors.
Kick some Mustang a$$, OK? And post back here when you do...
