No.....I register vehicles in SD....so no emissions testing there either. Like I say...I kept it because it is a simple circuit and I just replaced charcoal canister.....and probably keeps the gas fumes down when I gas up
Besides...I did not want to eliminate everything at once for fear that some would say I no longer have an LT5
