Zero additional hp. Just like a lightweight flywheel.....a light weight flywheel and/or lightweight pulleys driven by the harmonic balancer allows quicker engine acceleration which in turn allows you to get to a higher engine hp output quicker.
In other words......you reach 7,000 engine rpm quicker which multiplied by torque is Horsepower. Omega X T where Omega is Radians per second and T is torque in ft lbs......
