Read somewhere that the CEL is supposed to come on when you turn the key to "on". Was working on the car yesterday and couldn't find it. Where is it? Panel above the radio or the main instrument panel? How hard is it to change the bulb and can I read the codes if I have one with an OBD II scanner?
