I could use a couple Oil Cooler Adapters myself but as you probably know, Jerry and White Racing make and sell the complete set of SS Braided Oil Cooler Lines including the hoses already assembled with the adapter (but not the Adapter separate).
Very few guys would make their own SS Braided hoses with fittings although all it requires is a vice and couple crescent wrenches. An angle grinder with cut off wheel is perfect for cutting the SS Braided hoses but you can use a hacksaw 
Carter is aware in 2008 and it appears he declined machining the Oil Cooler Adapter back then LT5 Oil Cooler Adapter
