Silly idea but thought I'd mention it anyways
I was thinking to run a pcv hose from the rear all the way back to the tire tray and put a big reservoir of some sort like a fuel cell where the spare tire goes to increase the volume in the system. All I did for now is run a vacuum line all the way to the front of the car ahead of the wheel where I put a catch can hoping to increase volume slightly and catch some oil.
