Yust to introduce myself:
I am 61 years old, i am born in Munich and live here. I drive a C5 Commemorative Edition Europe, Nbr.11 of 46. In winter a VW Golf 4.
In Jan. 2014 I coud by my ZR-1 as second owner with about 52,500 miles.
I have big fun with my ZR-1 ! Even I had to repare a lot... the car run in Luxemburg, the mechanics there didn't know much about LT5 ... is my impression.
I found a qualified mechanic near Aachen (ca. 400 mls away) for the motor - a big problem, because the LT5 is quite rare here and not at all the usual Corvette-Engine. My mechanic . Thomas - drives a ZR-1 himself, he is in contact with Marc Haibeck.
In the moment the engine has about 430 hp and 506 Nm torque.
Quite fascinating for a car of that age.
