Default Motor Mount Replacement

Because of the heat shields, it is very difficult to tell what condition they are in. That said, they are 27 years old and figured I would just replace them before they are no longer available. How is this done? I already have the car up in the air on jack stands fixing a bunch of other stuff and have the exhaust removed from the headers and the c-beam and propeller shaft are also removed.
